1. Transparency
Transparency is the easiest way and the first step to see a DTF film good or not.Generally speaking, an opaque film will produce better results because it tends to have a thicker coating and better ink absorption.
2. Good Coating layer.
It's important for you to ask the supplier which kinds of coating layer are they using.
However, the coating materials are always hidden by the supplier, since it’s the key to produce a quality DTF film. Some bad coating will cause the ink to run off the film and stain the printer, as well as the fabrics and clothes.Besides, an uniform coating is also very important. The uneven coating will cause spot on the picture.
3. High-temperature resistance
Important!! DTF film need to be put under 160-210℃during the step of hot processing. So it’s important to have a high temperature resistance for DTF film.
