MK-7 has two different Isomers ,trans-MK7and cis-MK7
Trans-MK7 is exactly the active form our body need, while, the cis-MK7 is the inactive form. It means that the higher trans-MK7 and the less cis-MK-7 would be an ideal source for us.
The content of cis-MK of Fermention is normally NOT Detect, while, it would be around 2% if made by chemical sysnthesis.
